Q. I ordered a finished piece of yours, how long until it arrives?
A. From the time of purchase to the time it will arrive to you is between 5-7 days (may be less).

Q. How long will it take to complete a custom commission?
A. From the time you receive a confirmation email stating we have everything needed for your piece, it will arrive to you between 4-6 weeks (this is dependent upon how many projects are in my current queue). This information will be shared in open and honest conversation from the start so that you are fully in the know.

Q. What if I thought of giving a commissioned piece as a gift, but I thought of it last minute - can you still do it?
A. If you have a set date that a piece will need to arrive to you in order to gift it, there will be a rush fee (dependent on individual piece, size, material, etc.) added to the final price. The work will not be sent out until additional payment is received.

Q. I want a different size than what you have listed in your pricing - is that an option?
A. I can accommodate to your size request providing a custom quote, and time frame once you've submitted all of the preliminary information

.Q. Are you able to do a portrait of animals other than dogs?
A. Absolutely! I have done all sorts of animals :)

Q. If I live locally, do I have the option of arranging a pick it up instead of it being shipped?
A. If you are local, I'm more than happy to work with you to arrange a time and place for pick up free of charge!

Q. I know my friend would LOVE your work, but I’m not sure what to get them because it’s all so great. Could I have you surprise them with what you send?
A. You can send me an email to have e surprise package OR you can purchase a gift card for them to choose themselves!

Q. Do you take requests for new designs?
A. I love getting suggestions on what people would like to see as a design! Send any ideas in a contact form or email! Cant’t wait to hear what you’d like to see :)
